10 Habits You Need to Adopt to Battle Anxiety
1. Acknowledge your anxiety
This is such an important step! I’ve talked about this in my previous post and yet I can’t emphasise it enough! Acknowledging your anxiety is a major step towards feeling better. While doing that can be overwhelming at first, gradually it opens the door to recovery more and more. From what I’ve seen, battling anxiety isn’t instant, but gradual. Think of it as winning small battles which lead to eventually winning the whole war. You have to acknowledge what triggers your anxiety and face up to it, starting from smaller triggers and ending with larger triggers. You have to keep in mind that you’re stronger than you disorder and that you will eventually overcome it!
